By creating an account or using Healthy Neighbors, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Healthy Neighbors connects research studies (“Clients”) with community advocates (“Advocates”) who share study opportunities with people they know (“Patients”). We are not a research site, a healthcare provider, or a party to any study — we facilitate introductions between advocates, patients, and study teams.

• · You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information to participate.
• · Advocates may only share approved study materials and their personal referral link/QR code — you may not alter approved claims or create your own marketing materials for a study.
• · Advocates must not provide medical advice, determine or promise eligibility, or discuss compensation beyond approved program language. Eligibility is always determined by the study team.
• · Referral earnings are paid only for referrals that meet a study's qualified referral requirements, as described on each opportunity. Points earned for referrals that don't qualify are redeemable per the rewards catalog in your account.

Completing a screener is voluntary and does not guarantee eligibility or enrollment in any study. The study team — not Healthy Neighbors or the referring advocate — determines who qualifies and manages next steps.

By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive account and study-opportunity communications from us. See our Privacy Policy for SMS-specific details, including how to opt out.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false information, impersonating another person, attempting to manipulate referral tracking or rewards, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Healthy Neighbors is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee that any referral will qualify for a study, that any study opportunity will remain available, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthy Neighbors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
