If they qualify and choose to continue, they complete the study activities required by that opportunity. They will be compensated for their time.
Once the referral meets the required milestone, your advocate reward may be approved and added to your earnings dashboard.
Approved rewards are paid according to the program's payout schedule and available payment methods. Most payments are paid within 48 hours after your referral completes the survey.

Yes! If you qualify and complete a study or survey, you can earn $ for the activity. As a Healthy Neighbors Advocate, you may qualify for both $$$ and bonus points for gift card redemption. Complete the Health Conditions section of your profile to increase your earning potential.
Yes — the first time you add at least one condition to your profile, for yourself or for someone in your friends, family, or network, you earn a one-time points bonus. It also helps us match you (or people you know) with studies you're more likely to qualify for.
Studies use your unique referral link, referral code, or advocate account tracking to connect eligible referral activity back to you.
Timing varies by study but typically within 48 hours. Rewards become available once a participant qualifies and completes the study requirements. Your dashboard shows the status of your referrals.
If someone doesn't qualify or chooses not to participate, a reward may not be earned — but you still get points toward gift-card rewards for adding them to our panel, and can keep sharing other opportunities.
